random blue rapid flickering screen

hi guys,
i have tried searching here and the official forums but cant find any posts on it, im running the game with every thing maxed @ 1920x1080 dx11 and every so often, mainly in hengsha my screen keeps flashing blue, only happens in this game and not all the time, strange thing is when i turn v-sync off instead of the whole screen rapidly flashing/flickering blue only blue horizontal bars appear and looks like a old commadore 64 loading screen,

i can take a screen shot through steam but strange thing is it doesnt show the issue as if it didnt exist.

my rig is windows 7 ultimate x64, i7 2600k, sli gtx570, running 280.26 nvidia drivers

has this happened to anyone else or anyone know of a fix

i have also tried disabling sli and use my 1st card then the 2nd one and the issue till randomly happens.
