Playing classic Tomb Raider on Mac

I just recently bought the Tomb Raider trilogy and Tomb Raider Chronicles at Amazon both of which said for MAC. I cannot play these on my Mac Book Pro and am pretty disappointed. I have done some internet research and it seems as though I need to download windows onto my Mac. Is there an easier way to do this?? I do not have an old copy of windows lying around and would rather not purchase it. Am I going to have to return them? If so, would be a huge disappointment. I have played Underworld, Anniversary and Legend through Onlive and I'm craving more Tomb Raider!
