Default Stuttering problem poll - everyone vote please

This poll is for JUST getting a good overview of how many people are experiencing the stuttering problem and their system specs; please don't post anything else. Read the description carefully before voting; we don't want you to vote for "yes" if you are not experiencing this problem or are experiencing a different problem which may look similar to this one, but isn't (for example, a constantly low framerate issue).

Also, voting for "yes" even though you don't experience this exact problem yourself but just want to artificially make the problem appear bigger than it is in an attempt to force the devs to "work harder" on solving this problem, will not be a good idea. On the contrary.

Problem description:

It takes a few seconds for it to clear up though some areas (the locker room) remain stuttery, it feels like some kind of loading or memory issue.

It is more severe in the first mission for some reason, the only thing that is consistent is the locations where the stutters occur

It is not random, it's in set places and while it clears up, once you leave the place and then return, the stutter is back.
Videos depicting the stuttering problem:

Please everyone vote. And whether you vote for yes or no, please post a quick reply here with your specs. This might help to obtain a clear overview of which hardware combinations experience the problem and which don't. In your reply, post which option you voted for.

Please keep your reply clear of anything else to keep this poll clean and organized. We do not want the devs having to waste time wading through pages of complaints and demands.

Here is an example of a good short and sweet reply for this thread after you posted in the poll:

My vote: YES, I am experiencing the stutter problem.

i5-2500k at stock 3.3ghz
Radeon 6950 2gb

I voted yes.

Fresh install of win 7 x64 with all updates and new drivers
evga 790i ultra sli
q9300 @ 3.0(x4)
4gb ddr 3 corsair xms3
gtx460 oc 1gb
10k rpm raptor primary hdd (with windows and steam on it)

By no means a beast, but with those visuals, should be able to run it at full. Indoor stuttering is not game breaking, but in the hubs it makes me want to stop playing the game. I hope this gets fixed and not swept under the rug.
