Question

Hey there my friend, I have all the necessary parts to make up the guard with the huge sword from TR2 (the one that raises and lowers it's sword). If I send you all the .dxf's could you put them all together in Meta for me so I can use it as a single static object. I need the sword to be pointed toward the ceiling slightly angled forward. Is this possible?
Don't need to worry about the textures as I can do that bit.
Thanks in advance.

Sure, send them to the above address. If you could also include a little stickman figure of the positioning of the object, it would help a lot. I might have to split the object in two parts so that it doesn't exceed the number of polygons, but seeing as it's an enemy from TR2, I probably won't have that problem.

Hi MDN. I was wondering if you'd like to attempt making a Bonsai plant. Here's a site with a few [very expensive] examples:

I was planning on creating some for my own project anyway, so I'll send them your way when I finish them.

@ level planet: As I said at the top, I'm only creating static object and not overly complex ones at that. Cars are a little too complex at the moment, especially to make them look good. I'll try my best at them, but I won't release them if they don't look good.

@ Gekokid: Same as above

@ Cornchild: How tall in LE clicks do you want the window?

Cornchild, you object is ready, however, I'm going to create a document that will have some texturing tips and a simple texture to use.

Hi

Any progress with the dino tooth / bones ?

I have almost finished the level and just putting in traps, puzzles, objects - Currently no release date I am just play testing it and making WAD changes - for the complete Young Lara Chronicles set of levels.

It's part way finished. I'm trying to make it look as close as I can to an actual t-rex head. I hope to have it finished and on my site by saturday.

If you get some free time MDN could you make me two claws. Here's a another of my stupid pics:

It is two hands that are grasping around a sphere, although you've already made me the sphere. They have pointy fingernails and look strong, like the hands of a demonic god (or something ). They will be made of stone in the level i think.

Dimensions:
each hand approx 2.5 squares across, 3 squares high and 3 squares along the arm. This is just a rough idea, so do whatever you can to make them look cool. And evil.

Thanxx a lot,
Jaxx

Cornchild: Check your mail. I sent two zips; be sure to open both of them.

Prjsaves: Check my site for the T Rex headmesh. I hope you like it. I still have to do the tooth, but I'll just send that to you by mail. BTW, would you like the tooth to be on a necklace (for added decoration) or just alone.

Objects to come:
Bonsai trees
Large hands

Hi

Thanks very much for the head. Though would of thought it could be better with eye sockets (nothing I can't do now with using meta for a little while).

I would like the tooth on it's own for my current level section. But then thinking about it a necklace would be handy - but I would have to make the next level to use it

Thanks
Prjsaves
