You're reading that wrong. It stores the values, and then queries the server (php) to check if the credentials entered were true. Then it does a simple simple if () check and then does reveal(something) or clears both the fields.
I have no idea how to bypass the checking part though.

The javascript code is worthless. Basically it says :

Get the text in the box with id M6dCM2ZJxv it's the inputted username
Get the text in the box with id s069trV5XA it's the inputted password

POST the values you got to
http://13311tower.com/actions/k5G2dyYRvN.php

With body
tqhyyDitPn=<inputted_username>&ReBwsoTXvb=<inputted_password>

if username and pasword are wrong, empty both boxes

else
The POST will return an id, switch the background of the page to
http://cdn2.netops.eidosinteractive.com/files/deusex/BdW9RxMRr/<returned_id>

i'm creating a new account just to post this.

There's a GPS attribute in the EXIF data of the background image file:

Latitude: 25; 20; 33.046799999996352
Longtitude: 131; 1; 57.997199999983415

Sorry if someone has already found, this , i hope this helps !!!

there's is a GPS entry in the file (which is completely weird since it's a CGI file )

<rdfescription rdf:about=''
xmlns:exif='http://ns.adobe.com/exif/1.0/'>
<exif:GPSLatitude>25,20.702066S</exif:GPSLatitude>
<exif:GPSLongitude>131,2.051582E</exif:GPSLongitude>
<exif:GPSVersionID>2.3.0.0</exif:GPSVersionID>
</rdfescription>
Those coordinates are right smack in the middle of Uluru (Ayers Rock) in Australia.

Tried

Username = M6dCM2ZJxv -1u3m1av#c?
Password = s069trV5XA -t!ub$5?-cd

Converting with the clues and olny using capitals:

Username = MCMZJ - 1m1v#
Password = VXA - ?cd

no way

I've tried everything I can think of from the code as a user/pass combo. Got nothing. even tried to use the decoded user/pass placeholders but that failed too.

I'm going to say that 11M13CLINIC is our password, so we most likely need to find the user. Any progress on those GPS coordinates in the picture or any other solid leads?

I actually got "UA-6...." out of the morse.... Stopped messing with it when people reported the Limb-clinic answer.

I guess it's just Adam's desk. There's a cigarette lighter on the desk, in some of the trailers he uses a similar lighter to light a sigarette. By the way, if you look closely, you can see some letters on the lighter itself...

When supplying the wrong username and password, you get the following response:
0000 1f 8b 08 00 00 00 00 00 00 03 03 00 00 00 00 00
0010 00 00 00 00

It's apparently bad gzip, but I doubt it - it's too small. It might just be a proper response wrongly flagged as gzip.

well, David Anfossi is being very firm. we're not getting any nudges into the correct direction. Don't give up guys. We didn't come this far to walk away now. We must have overlooked something or simply aren't looking at a piece the right way.

we've got GPS coords to some rocks in Australia.
11M13CLINIC
a bunch of leftover string from before
a ton of references to Illuminati and various in game things.

What we need is here, somewhere. has anyone tried seeing if our picture has a hidden picture inside of it?

If the password is indeed 1131CLINIC, then wouldn't the username be the first initial/last name of someone that works at/runs one? A doctor, or owner or something?

As for the coordinates being in Australia, wasn't there a lot of in-game news about something going on there? I never really paid much attention, but I definately remember hearing talk about it when I passed by TVs
