Random line when outside.

Hey,

I keep getting a random line about 2 feet in front of Adam when running around outside. Inside , it's not an issue, only when I move outside do I see it. Anyone know what could be the problem?

Win 7 64
HD4870x2
4GB Ram

All drivers fully updated.
