Re:Loading Screen Lock up

I just purchased Invisible War via the Steam network the other day, I installed the game and run it, and low and behold, after the first menu and the little movie that plays after you say start new game, I get to creating my character after which it prompts me "start new game?" I say yes, and the screen goes black and just sits there... thats IT. NOTHING So I have to CTRL+ALT+DEL out of it because it is locked up so hardcore. If anyone has anything on this problem please help. Steam is not helpful at all. Below are my technical specs, but the problem is I have tried this on 3 different computers now all yielding the same result. He is the specs of the computer I currently have tried the game on.
