I have the specs just not the title?

I know the title might be confusing but let me explain, my Graphics Card is Intel HD graphics BUT it runs DirectX 11 and can run starcraft2 on high/ultra with barely any lag, by all means I should be able to run JC2, but whenever I start the game I get a Fatal Direct X Error Code 15, I'm reinstalling DirectX SDK to try to fix this, can anyone else offer any insight, I should be able to run this game easily.
