Hi...on my map it shows that i have completed 100% of the residential city...yet it does not have a green check over it..what am i missing? ty

Probably a water tower. They are hard to find as they can be hidden on the large roofs or tucked away on a lower building. They are quite small so they don't really stand out.

Get a helicopter and check the roofs.

it can be anything. i had the same though. thinking i was finish.

it can also be a trailer propaganda.

download this map.
unpak, go into the new map, then bin map and then release and finaly the program
jcmapviewer.

now load your latest savegame., choose every thing to turn on. an a "dot" will come on the map showing you where you need an item. Go into your game and find it :-D
