Just Cause 2 - Limited Edition

I purchased the Just Cause 2 limited edition a while back, and it came with a code that I could redeem for the dlc, "Black Market Chaos Pack". However, when I view the game add ons for Just Cause 2, it doesn't list the chaos pack and instead has all the items contain within it as singular items. How would I go about using the code to get the free dlc that I am entitled to? This is the xbox 360 version.

Any information, or even better, a solution to this would be most welcome.

Press the Xbox Guide button, then go all the way to the left menu, and select Redeem Code. Then type in your code.

That was it. I've had my xbox for some time now and didn't even realise that was what you had to do.
