Deus Ex: Invisible War Annoyance

When I play Deus Ex: Invisible War on my PC everything runs fine but the screen flashes black then back to the game about 3 times during start-up of game, when loading saved games and when exiting the game. I have a two-monitor setup and I'm playing the game on my main monitor which is a LCD HD monitor. Both the screens flash black when it occurs. I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium and i have two graphics cards running SLI. My monitor that the game is played on has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 32bit color. If I switch the resolution of the game it resets to the default when the game is restarted. I guess I'm looking for a solution to get the game resolution higher as well as stop the flashing during start-up, loading, and shutdown of game. Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated
