I can use my mouse in the menu but not In-Game

Just like the title says. I saw that the fix for the exact opposite problem was updating the video card drivers, so I tried that just on the off chance. Didn't work. I can also use the wheel scroll to change weapons and the mouse buttons work properly as well. ANy help would be greatly appreciated.
