Gang/Thug Designs

I am really in awe of new designs for the Joker gang, they range from styles similar to The Jokerz(Beyond), to The Crow, to even things that remind me of Sweet Tooth(TM1&TMB). Though it's not confirmed[or denied] there are one or two pics with thugs wearing black/white, half-half masks which are speculated to be Two-face's boys. This kinda got me thinking as to what other gangs/factions might show up or what they would look like for that matter. We know Mr. Freeze is in the game, but will he be alone? trying to dodge a reference to the hockey players from a certain movie... anyway.. I was also wondering how easy it would be to pick out the riddler henchpeoples. I could only assume that they will be sporting green or at least a question mark(tattoos of this would be cool imo). Would Mad Hatter(if in the game) have his gang dressed like playing cards and the heavy-armored ones be other characters from Wonderland?(fighting a giant rabbit would be unnerving) Scarecrows goons would be the ones I'd be the most excited to see, there are just soooo many possibilities with him. Pumpkin/Jack-o-lantern theme? A trick-or-treat theme even?
