ShippingPC-BMGame.exe - Has encountered a problem(I tried everything)

i've bhought Batman AA on steam 4 months ago and never played because this error keeps appearing

I tried:

-Uninstall the game and download again
-Change the executable
-Verify the cache
-Download other vga drivers

i tried everything i found on the internet to fix this problem but it never works!

I've been having this same error.

It happens to me when I get to the next open area, after I defend the Batmobile. While I'm following the trail of tobacco.

I recently purchased from Steam during the sale. The game is awesome, until I can't play anymore. Then I have to play something else...

So, devs, if you want me to buy Arkham City when you release it, you better take care of this error

I've tried everything I know to try, nothing helps...I've googled, and tried everything the previous poster has tried...still doesn't work...

Hi ,I got save problem then I asked to steam support.
They reply the following:

"NOTE: If you are running in Windows Vista or Windows 7, please completely exit Steam, and right-click on the shortcut which you use to launch Steam and select "Run as Administrator." You may need to manually run secondary installers required by this game. Exit Steam entirely. Browse to your Batman: Arkham Askylum installation folder (Usually C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\batman arkham asylum\ - If you own the Game of the Year edition, the install folder will include the letters "GOTY"). Now I can play the game, it's work.
