Still Can't Find MV Command

I've used Petes List Of Vehicles And Looked On Every Forum And They All Say To Get Level 4 Heat... Ive managed This On Every Part Of The Island And Still Can't Find It??

the only place i know of is during the mission "Cleaning the dishes"
it spawns in the military base that you have to go to.

You need to get level 4 or 5 heat in the desert. It worked for me.

also the 4th agency mission has them, and they only appear in level 4 heat desert

i found it with level 5 heat on the island where the third Ular Boys Stronghold is.

Here's what you need to do. Find a propoganda trailer, prefrably one in the jungle or desert. Using a melee attack, hit the trailer enough times to get a level 4 wanted level. Do not get a level 5, or else it won't work. Then drive away. Avoid hitting soldiers, or you may increase your wanted level. You will be chased by the government, one of the vehicles that should be sent after you is the MV Command.

The MV Command is a humvee with an open roof, but still retaining the frame of the roof. You can find pictures elsewhere on the forum
