Default Shipping and Receiving -- are you taffing me?

So, I'm playing through this mission again... I get all the items and loot and all that is left is the secret in the southwest corner near Davidson's ship. The only way in there is to break the skylight glass and drop in. Well, the game went into cheat mode, and the glass won't break. I even tried chucking an anchor at it! All the other glass breaks, but this one piece won't. What the taff?!?

Anyone ever have that happen before? I guess I need to start over.

It's a known bug - objects sometimes become indestructible. Try reloading an earlier save from that mission. If you used multiple save slots of course.

Rope arrow time.

I always get the indestructible glass in Precious Cargo. Good thing I don't actually need the items behind the glass.

I have achieved Perfect Thief in Shipping and Receiving, with all secrets and no property damage. So, it is not necessary to break any glass. The unbreakable glass could be the way the mission was designed. It is been a long time, and I do not remember the place or the route I took.

I think I stacked up crates to get up to the top of most of the stacks in the warehouse.

But the Prima guide does say "break the glass". I don't recall if only some of the panes are unbreakable.

I don't remember stacking crates in Shipping and Receiving. That came later with FMs. I think S&R is mostly rope arrows or mantling on crates. I remember shooting a button in one location to bring down an elevator. And there is the key in the cooler. That's it for my feeble memory.

Guide? We don't need no stinkin' guides.
Expecting reply momentarily from ffox.

I stacked a lot of crates before I even heard of FMs. There are enough there in the warehouses to make a solid stack like the Ziggurat Pyramid.

I could have saved a lot of time if I had known the trick of off-setting them on each other.

I did it the old fashioned way. 5 crates, 4 crates, 3 creates, 2 crates etc.

I just used the two rope arrows that you find to get to all the hidden items in the warehouse.

Did that also. But experimented with stacking because there were a lot of raw materials at hand.
