denied ops help needed email address already in use

hey all
just bought conflict denied ops
installed it no problems then went to register online and it says
my email address is already in use/taken

ok i do have some other conflict games
eg global ops
have recently got a new computer so dont have alot of user names from b4

is there any way i can register using my normal email account or get the mods or who ever controls the game reg to send me an email again so i can get my user name /password sent to me.

looks like I will be taking the game back for a refund
and complaining
