Thief 2 question

Yeah so i have installed thief 2 onto my PC, it's fully installed and patched to the latest version although it doesn't recognize my cd and so i can't play the game anyone know what i can do?

Look for a file in your Thief directory called install.cfg -- make sure the cd path is calling out the correct drive letter. A number of other lines will also call out the cd drive. If you have multiple drives and use them more than one during the game install, it can have undesired effects on drive assignment.
