Armour upgrade question

Hello folks!
I'm sorry if theres a thread about this already, couldn't find one at least.
So, my question is: Whenever i get the fifth armour upgrade and it says "Upgrading max health" i can't see any difference at all on my "HP meter". Maybe the change is to small to see of course, but i cant even count how many upgrades i've gotten, and the meter seems to be in the same place as when i started the game. And my current total gametime is 45 hours, and i have played mercenarie mode pretty much half of the gametime.
So, is this a problem or is it just me?! :S

There is a maximum you can get it to and then it stops increasing, even if you get 5 parts.

I wondered the same thing when playing - you guessed right though, it is just a really small increase each time.

If you want to quickly find many armour pick-ups, go to the main road you can see at the bottom of the ice-covered continent. There are many bridges along it, and there are two pick-ups under every bridge, one at either side.

It increases untill the health bar reaches half the circle. Then the health upgrades don't increase your totall health, but only fill your health again.

Well, it always refills your health when you pick up five armor sharts. When it's upgrading your max health, it also refills your health.

When you already have a maxed out health bar, each 5th health pickup will still refill health but won't upgrade any further..

So it was always there, but maybe you haven't noticed it.
