jc2 sweepstakes questions

i know there is a thread about the sweepstakes but i have some qusetions does the video have to be exactly 2 min long or give take a couple seconds also how would we get the 10,000 through the mail or something else. im really glad this is only for the US because that takes away lots of jc2 players to compete against my vid that im going to put up there is 1 min and 59 seconds thats why i asked that qusetion please i need some info from the jc2 team please read this and answer my questions

I have literally no idea what this is but I'm gonna guess it's some fan-video competition. If so I think it would only have to be "roughly" 2mins, i don't think they are gonna penalize you for one second
Also, why isn't Europe in this competition

Just did a little check and it looks a bit odd, making a JC2 video with JC2 as the prize?
The little text bit looks a bit weird too "win just cause chaos in your home"
Also it's hosted in california unlike most Eidos owned sites CORRECTION: The main JC2 one is too CORRECTION 2: It's a different server in a different part of California

and the T&C, privacy policy etc. aren't actually on the site, they are just links to the main JC2 site with no mention of any competition.

There's no WOT data on it and it looks a little suspicious, I don't remember MCM/mods manking any posts about this, and there are no links to it on the main JC2 site
Also the bottom logos aren't clickable and it's just one big image again, unlike the JC2 site.
Just sayin' Don't want anyone to get phished (if it is a scam)

but there is go to the home page on the jc2 website first thing there and then therse a link to the offical sweepstakes website i need ideas of a really hard stunt to pull off cuz 35 percent of the jugeing is how the stunt is

yea probably but i have another qusetion that really only the jc2 team can answer can it be two mins of montages or stunts or does it have to be a full 2 min same video like no other parts of other vids in the vid im going to put in the video sweepstakes that stunt could work if there were ramps on the roofs but therse not
