Default tomb raider 1 and glidos

hi,
i am using glidos to run tomb raider 1
first of all i installed vdm sound and restarted computer and then i installed glidos v1.47 and then preconfigured files (which i got from glidos.net) and then i installed textures of JC from tomb raider xtra site and then i installed playstation music which i got from stella's site and my setting of glidos (setting in "adjust" option) are as follows:
in DISPLAY=
glide driver=direct3d(psvoodoo)
resolution=800*600
full screen is checked and all other are unchecked
in TEXTURES=
"use texture packs to override textures" is selected and "use old-style texture packs" is unchecked
in AUDIO=
play MP3 tracks is selected
in DOS=
vdos32 is selected
all other options are normal
but when i click on "START GAME"
the program crashes saying that
glidos has encountered a problem and needs to close
one more thing, when i checked 16bitcolour in display option the game started but colours were gone(all was black and white,i could hardly see anything)
and when i select windows instead of vdos32 in DOS option, the started but crashes after first cut scene
can anybody tell me the correct settings
also, where to get dosbox for glidos v1.47 ans will textures work in dosbox via glidos

please help me..............
