Arrow Avalanche Studios Developers.. Come in here.

Okay, Hello.

The Just Cause 2 community would like for you to integrate these few little technical features for us into each version of the game via a patch/update.. alright?

- Add Motion Blur feature into the PS3 version.

- Make it so that the PS3 version stays at 720p resolution at all times.

- Make it so that the vSync feature always stays enabled at all times in the Xbox 360 version.

- Make it so that Rico is able to move around while crouching

Do this & players of both Xbox 360 & PS3 will be happy.. Because as of right now, We are not completely satisfied with the way the game looks on each system.. They should look exactly the same but they don't. I know you understand & I thank you for taking the time to read this out of your busy schedule on making more DLC for us.. & I hope that you will take the time to patch these into each version of the game in order to keep the game looking perfect & the same on each console: PS3 & Xbox 360

I don't care about that stuff either,... I'd much rather have more content, Upgrade-able grapples, DIFFERENT POVs (especially when driving or flying)....... more missions,.... more variation on missions. destroyable bridges,... hell destroyable EVERYTHING ! heheheheh. Interior spaces,.... TRAINS. Stunt ramp DLC.... movie maker dlc (static camera placements), land mines, nudity at the mile high club (it's a friggin brothel after all), Ability to gamble in the casinos,..... challenges that are ....challenging? maybe opponents in the races. things of that nature,.... things that affect game play,

Things we can use,... things we can do! If you want to mess around with the way things look,.... go spend some money in playstation home and you can do dolly with your avatar and decorate your personal spaces......wheeeeee.

I don't care at all if the xbox version looks different than the ps3 version.
Moving while crouched only makes sense if they change the detection models, or add a stealth mode. in this game,... staying in motion is pretty much as effective as taking cover,... and Rico is a hell of a shot when moving, and the enemies don't do well with moving targets.

Buy the PC version man. It's the only way to get everything.

Though the anti tech people here are weird. How dare people want the game to look/run better???

They dont post cuz they are happy with it. I dont care for any of those features in your list either tbh. Sorry but the community has spoken with its silence.

A patch to fix any bugs, and more DLC FTW.

I'm on PS3 so I wont really comment on what Xbox folks feel they need, that's more their concern then mine, but as for me I personally don't need motion blur nor do I think the game needs it, I'm happy with the way it looks on PS3 and I like the depth of field effects and heat ripple that it has now. I don't think adding a motion blur is necessary I don't think it will add anything overall. I've never seen the game drop out of 720 res, perhaps some people have seen a frame rate drop in certain location but fortunately I have not seen this as of yet and I certainly haven't seen the resolution drop below 720.

Well, I agree with the last one, because that would be a handy feature

The other three aren't things that Avalanche will fix lightly - they have been programmed like this deliberately, and the current settings are the result of alot of testing for optimal performance on the two consoles. If PS3 was to have motion blur and a constant resolution, then the performance on the PS3 would be no where near as good as it is at the moment. The frame rate would suffer.

Xbox 360 is the same - the frame rate is already known to drop, even when the vsync is off, so if it stayed on then the performace would decrease even further.

In saying this, they could add these as options within the menu. So therefore, I'm not disagreeing with you

Infact, while discussing things to change, could I also add: An option to turn off the incredibly annoying stunt/action camera? In Just Cause 1, you could disable this feature, in Just Cause 2 it is stuck there and makes some jumps very hard to land and completely removes camera control when you are doing activites such as having your car towed behind an Aeroliner 474. I'd like to turn it off, please

stop spamming the forums when you know there's a sticky for it

you're not making a new thread only to point out the things you particularly want
