Where is the third faction? Help?

I can't see any of the Blue faction on my map, when I zoom out it shows two areas of red, two of yellow and two military. I can't see any missions to do with the blue faction.

I know I have done the intro mission to the blue faction, but I didn't do anything else after that, I focused on Agency and the other two factions, as well as liberating locations.

Any ideas?

That one is rather hard to see, look west (left) along coast from Reapers stronghold (red blinking star) it kind of blends in with the water.

False alarm, their stronghold takeover was so close to water and flashing so much that i just mistook it as water, it was at X: 14495 and Y: 11703. Thanks anyway!

Just hide everything except faction missions from the map legend and you will see it

Thanks, forgot to add in my last post that this was what helped.
