Default How to land and not explode with the slightest touch!

This is for all the posts i see where ppl keep exploding when they try to land and i know how to do it so u can upside down or even take out a phone pole and still not blow up.

when u are coming in for landing get close to the ground but dont land UNTIL you see the landing gear come down once the gear is down you can take more damage. i know this because i had the same issue where i would explode when i would try to land.

now i was just landing the agency fast plane on a free way and i waited for the gear to come down then while i was landing i hit a pole and flipped the jet on its top and skidded to a stop upside down then hopped out without a scratch then after a few moments the jet exploded with me safely away. if u do manage to land on the wheels right side up the u can just get back in after u did what needs to be done and take right off again.

hope this helps

Sorry, but let me add on to this:

How to land a Plane, safely

Landing a plane is simple, all you need is a flat area. Depending on what kind of Air Vehicle you are flying, the landing gear will retract into the plane, to get it to lower, all you need to do is slow down to enough speed, and get a few meters above the ground, once you are slow enough, you will notice the gear coming out, BE CAREFUL not to touch your bare bottom onto the ground. Once the gear is fully lowered, carefully lower yourself so the wheels touch, you should hear a tire screach, letting you know that you have sucessfully touched ground.

Crashing without exploding

The planes in Just Cause 2 are extremely sensitive, one touch to the ground equals a crash, or does it? I've noticed that if you are going a slow rate of speed, a touch will not equal an explosion. I once got the G9 Eclipse and went down a full run way [Gaining speed, but not enough to take off], and I hit my wing on a SAM Site, the SAM Site exploded, and I did a 90 degree turn, over water, and lifted up like a NASA Shuttle. Another incident, I was flying the Agency Jet, when I went to land, I was going enough speed that when I hit a tree, I did a spin, and flipped, similiar to the above.

if the vid doesn't work, just go to my youtube page, same name as this.

now for the landing, keep in mind that you want to come in a little straighter than i did. only reason it worked being at an angle is because that jet is so small.

You can land it on uneven ground with moderation.

It can do, often actually, and also, sometimes the planes wheel gets caught in the tarmac, which will cause it to explode most times.

Maybe collisions of in-game objects (SAM sites, trees, light poles, etc.) are "safe" whereas collisions with the terrain is not? That seems to be how it works for me anyways.

Funny Thing Happened To Me!!! I Was Landing A Aeroliner 474 At Panau International Airport from Lembah Dilima , Yes The Wheels Were Out, I Landed At The Start Of The Runway (Where The Planes With Soldiers In Them Taxi into Then Take Off) When I Touched The Runway, BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Thing Blowed Up!!! Wonder If There Were Bombs In The Cargo? Wonder What Happened There!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I Did The Approach Perfectly! Well I Did Hit Two Trees Before Blowing Up But They Were On That Hill Thing Across The Water (The Runway Was The One With No Water By It) Hmmmmm. Well It Exploded Once The Front Wheel Hit The Ground (I Did The Real Land Thingy With The Wheels. Nose Up. Front Wheel Last To Touch The Ground) Does Anyone Know What Happened to Me!?!
