Wow, after fooling around with the cheats (after completing the game several times) I was going around with god mode, nail gun mode, and bomb mode on. Then I got to Jacuzzi Job.

I took everyone out. Shot the girls into the bathroom, which is well-lit by a single light source. Shoot the ground and they explode to the ceiling to be nailed. And here's the disturbing gruesome part: the swinging, nailed, dead bodies of the girls in the room with the swinging dead sillouettes...

Try it... it's really disturbing.... like some thriller movie.
