I can't say a darn thing about this other than people who like to go into details will shortly have some new material to dissect.

also i think this proves my theory that lighters will play a BIG part in the gameplay

I recognise that symbol as an early version of UNATCO, I can't remember where but there is a level in Deus Ex 1 where you can clearly see this symbol along with others
I didn't notice that to start with

if that's true, this mightve come from Square Enix rather than Eidos Montreal. May even explain why it's suddenly hit us now, since the next announced thing from EM looks to be that GDC spot

augmented thumb? also, i dont see an engraving... those circles appear to me like the circles you find on that part of any zippo lighter.

It's about time! I hope they blow the doors off this game sometime soon. If they only talk about it at GDC, I hope they truly unveil it at E3!

Yeah, because the image of Adam smoking in no way promotes it. But the lighter, which can be used for so many wonderful things, some of which are even legal, does?
