Error installing trophies?

Just purchased Mini Ninja after loving the demo, unfortunately running my new disk gives me the following error:
"Unknown error happened during installation of trophies. Please exit game."

Anyone experience this or a work around on PS3? My guess is a bad disk, but figured it's worth asking! Thanks everyone!

Nevermind, I can't log into the PS3 store, which looks to be the issue killing me. So it's not the game, it's the console http://www.gamespot.com/pages/forums...690041&page=22

I got the same error,but can't get it to work at all. I am hooked up to the network and internet. Any ideas how to solve this?

The problem is Playstation's network that's down worldwide for users of the older PS3 (the fat one, like I have ad maybe you have). Since the internet backbone is broken, Mini Ninjas can't load up your trophies... which require the playstation network!

There's no fix, even turning off your internet won't work. Just have to ride it out and hope Sony fixes it soon, recent update:
