Its hard to tell, but the black cables could be what is attaching it to the ballons. And I think it just makes sense that the MIle High club, refers to a club that is actually a mile high up.

While i agree that it's the blimp...the lack of land could also mean that he is on a boat.

both pictures are of the blimp thing, look on the map, theyre in the same location, and both boat type things have the same kind of style.

WOW...

That is the best screenshot of the blimp yet! It pretty much proves that the blimp IS the mile high club, a massive floating strip club.

Really though, what other kind of strip club would Rico go to anyway? It has to be one that adhears to the "Verticle gameplay"

You can tell by the signs and the red fin looking things. Also, in the visit Panau trailer, the woman says, "discover the secret everyone is talking about" as the camera pans around the Mile High Club

Anyway, the new screenshots made me jizz my pants with delight Especially the agency looking jet with the airship, pure awesomeness

There is one other shot of a stripper dancing, the map is showing the same location as the one with the blimp.

Yeah i noticed that and in a couple of the other pics from that site the graphics dont look too good :/ but it might be old footage.
