Silencers ?

I checked a video where you see Rico shooting with a sniper rifle and it sounded muffled. Can a dev confirm if there are silencers or not in the game ?

Well I've heard loads that you can customize you guns alot. On the very first gameplay video he says that he bought a scope for that assault rifle. I'd be suprised if there wern't any suppresors.

Bouzzin MCM confirmed there are NO Silent Suppressors in JC2

Again, no. Rico isn't really about sneaking around. Sure, you can stealth your way through military bases if you choose to, but trust me, it's far more fun to make as much noise as you can.

I was a tad disappointed that considering there's 3000 collectables of which at least 1000 will be for weapons, that there isn't a Silent Suppressor Upgrade

True it's not a 'Sneaking' type of game however it would be nice to have the option once in a while to infiltrate a base undetected then launch a surprise attack within, true?

Just Cause 2 is about doing EVERYTHING,
Thus, you sould be able to use suppressors...not a game changer...just saying.

I agree that the over-the-top action doesn't seem to lend itself to stealth, but Rico does wear a BLACK suit, with a BLACK parachute, and a GRAPPLE HOOK, which combine to form the epitome of clandestine action antics...
