Aside from the factions and panays army..

Is there any other people rico may have to contend with?

I've heard mercs, and then there's the ninjas to.

Are the mercs/ninjas groups you find in the main world of panau or are they apart of the main quest?

I was looking foward to sneaking up on some ninjas and going rambo on some mercs.
If thats possible.

Ninja's are Baby Panay's personal / high ranking guards.
