I will paste what I posted in the Just Cause 3 Wishlist:

How about when you're implimenting a Military Towing/Rescue vehicle[(URGA-9380) for example], could you please give it some frickin' torque? 'Cause those things are that weak in reality, right? It's like Scorpio doesn't know how to shift gears.......

Also, I want more percise control of where I put my grapple/and or allow to use the towing hook/winch on the said vehicle, thanks! I would just love to tow/rescue vehicles properly, it is a fun thing to do, or, try to do!! Would be great if we could even hoist up the front of a vehicle when we're towing it, so it can follow behind properly.
