Crash on entering the Chiron Building

Went to go finish the "Motherly Ties" quest, as well as moving on to the next stage of the the main story (after retrieving the neural hub form the Police Dept).

Went to the Chiron building, opened the door, got 2 seconds of loading screen, and then promptly crashed to the desktop. Reloaded, tried again, same thing.

After some searching I see that "Motherly Ties" is glitched to hell and gone, which makes me suspect that it may be the problem.

It won't kill me if I don't finish it, but my issue is that currently, I can't even continue with the main storyline.

Any thoughts?


EDIT: It's not "Motherly Ties". Just tried after completing it with a debugging mod, but I still crash on trying to enter the chiron building
