Just pre ordered absolution deluxe: Having major problems though.

Hello my very first post and this is because of the terrible square enix website which wont let me redeem my code for the sniper challenge or let me login.

I just pre ordered the highest hitman edition in my country which is the UK from shopto.net i just however got my code it told me to go to a site where i needed to register an account on square enix i did that then validated then proceeded to login, I couldn't login it kept returning back to the main page then telling me i needed to have cookies enabled which i already did !.

I also noticed that the pc version of sniper challenge wont be available to pc gamers until august the 1st what complete crap !.

Any help would be gladly appreciated im just a little ticked off thats all thinking i would have an easy process .

All i want to do is somehow make sure i can get my code or login to square enix .

I press redeem code nothing happens it just wont do anything, I tried logging into my square enix account and it does exactly the same thing i wonder why.

I also ordered the PC version from amazon.co.uk and it worked quite smoothly. Have you checked your email? I don't remember if I got a verification from the Square Enix website but I got the code through the email I provided

I got an email to verify my account which i followed and it might have worked but due to the lack of information on the site i had no idea .

I have my code no worries, Its the fact i cant login to my account as it does not let me when i press login on the hitman sniper challenge page it just returns me to that page again theirs no login page displaying.

Also on the square enix website it told me i need cookies enabled however they are already enabled in my google chrome browser!.

Thank you for the help i have been playing hitman since before time just recently due to the epicness of the new one have i joined the community, Also with my problems i might add that i need sorting .

Just to make sure we took the same steps:

1. After ordering I got an email with a promotional code
2. I went to the Sniper Challenge page and enter that code.
3. Got an email from Square Enix with a redeem code and instructions on how to enter it in Steam.
4. Entered the code in Steam and found out the game isn't out until August

So you're not getting an email from Square Enix (step 3)?

1. I got the code yes after i ordered
2. I went here to it asked me to login before i could redeem so i pressed login and it just refreshes the page it wont take me to the login page thats my problem.

The rest cant be done because the site where i need to redeem my code wont work for me.

Yes seems i press login to the SE site it loads the circle thing on chrome spins a little then nothing happens i tried pressing it for a whole hour today i just cant get in .

Yes i have it seems its down to square enix with my account i managed to login but it says almost done tells me to enter details and it says the email is already in use and the username so my account is already created but some kind of utter mess up has happened here dont know whats gone wrong.
