Pretty much this. In our world, Lara would be an agnostic/athiest - in her universe (the universe of the story), she believes in what she sees and studies it from an academic perspective - which includes crazy deities.

Lara is incredibly smart and well educated, she wouldn't be relying on things such as faith in some kind f unknowable god or anything like that.

Maybe human faith though, like faith in friends and loved ones.

There are (unfortunately) countless christians today who are violent and would do the exact same things as Lara. Even christian world leaders still kill in the name of christianity. It's not just a thing from the far forgotten past.
Unfortunately this is true. Our own catholic cardinal in Australia said there was such thing as a just war because something something iraq or whatever - absurd.

Wink

After seeing the demons on this island, I'm sure Lara would be be pretty open-minded about religions and their gods. lol

And the forum staff will ensure it stays civil. If anyone posts something disrespectful, please make sure you use the forum's post report feature, folks; do not publicly argue with them. We'll clean up any inappropriate posts in this thread
