Lenny Dexter at the Orphanage

I'm not sure how many people noticed this, but in the 'Orphanage' and the 'She must be special' trailer, Lenny Dexter could be seen with the gang of criminals. When the leader of the gang kicks down the door, Lenny can be seen close to him. We know from the 'The Streets of Hope' trailer that Lenny was apart of the plan to capture Victoria.
47 kidnaps Lenny in 'The Streets of Hope' mission, so I think it's safe to say that the 'Orphanage' mission would be played before the 'Streets of Hope' and that the gang successfully capture Victoria.
