I have download XNA programme & some TR 2013 models, as well as Jill Valentine from RE revelation.
I am thinking of creating a high res next gen Lara model, in diving suit like one wore by Jill valentine. Click to see Jill Valentine in diving suit. http://static.minitokyo.net/downloads/06/07/540356.jpg Is there any violation if I modified the models, or make some form of combination? Purely non commercial of course. Up until now, I have always made my own models, & I like to believe my modelling skill is not too bad. This was my last 3D project, did for last Christmas, all original, background & character (but took bloody long time), just to give an idea my level (be it good or bad) http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8363/8...7e82c08a_h.jpg |

Aww Driber, but it really doesn't have to be so
![]() Enjoying the sight of a beautiful woman is just that, the admiration of beauty as a quality, among many others. That's not objectifiction at all. That word literally means to regard a person as an object, in such a way that devalues them. Honestly, taking notice of a woman's appearance and style doesn't come at the expense of noticing their interior qualities

LMAO. No way on earth you're going to convince me that going "humuna humuna humuna humuna" after seeing...
![]() ...was you thinking about Lara's intellect ![]() BTW, we already had this discussion on objectification, remember? Everyone objectifies. Just some people are too PC to admit it

So I do think you're wrong when you say that "everyone objectifies". Sure there are superficial people who only notice the outside, and that's all they care about, to the extent of seeing a person as an object. I don't deny that objectification occurs. It just seems to me that you automatically associate any acknowledgement of looks and appearance as objectification, which is a rash assumption. It's only objectifying when it's a focus on appearance at the expense of all else, but taking notice of the outside isn't always that case.

I leave that to the crazy man-hating feminists ![]() I said that everyone objectifies (which is undeniable, for both men and women alike), not that everyone objectifies all the time
