Batman crashes after reinstalling Windows

Yesterday I reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit Build 7600, and before the game worked fine. But I tried to play the game today and it didn't work, recommending that I reinstall the game. I reinstalled the game, and it crashed with the usual "BmGame has stopped working" and I checked on the "Check for solutions" option and it came up with this box:



Can anyone discern what is wrong with it from that?
