This Game is Unplayable

I've spend a few hours trying to get this to run smoothly, but not luck. I can't even start the game now.

Here are my specs:

Windows 7 Home Premium (sp1)
AMD Phenom II X4 960T Processor 3GHz
AMD Radeon HD 6570
8 GB RAM

I uninstalled the Realtek drivers and let windows install drivers automatically, got the 1.1 patch, ran in compatibility mode for XP and Vista, but no luck. I reinstalled the game and it won't even start now. Before it would just crash after a short while.

It's funny that there has only been one patch for this game.
