About text files

Hi all! I want to translate TRU into my language. I know how to edit subtitles (with translatetr) but it takes so long. For example: I want to pack 200kb xml(text file) to bigfile.000 but it seems no possible. I'm really willing to make a language patch for this game. Can you guys help me?
And I can't MENU text files, too.
Hope you help me.
