Suits preorder packs

Hi everyone,
At the end of the E3 beautiful trailer, we see all the Preorder Packs available in the U.S., all 47's Suits. Will they also be offered in Europe, as a preorder or DLC?
So far I only see the weapons, not the suits

Obviously at some point, however this makes me happy because it means the Requiem suit is now a very good possibility to come as DLC at some point. If so, I couldn't throw my money at IOI/Eidos/Square Enix fast enough.
