WEAPON MODing - stats question

Hi guys,

what files are weapons stats (damage, clip size, reload time) located in? After unpacking, there are files weapon_combatrifle.drm, weapon_combatrifle_ammo_world.drm, ..., weapon_laserrifle_world.drm ... but their structures are not obvious.

Second question, where exactly can I find spin-up time for heavy rifle? It is cca 2,4-2,5s. Would like to change it to 0.
