Will this rig work?

Hi,
Looking to buy Just Cause 2 for my PC, wondering if these specs will give acceptable or better graphics:

Windows Vista Business
Intel Q6600 Quad Core @ 2.4GHz
8GB RAM
MSI ATi Radeon HD 6850 1GB DGGR5

All thoughs welcome.
