Bug is extremley annoying and need help

I have an issue where when i arrived in hong kong i killed louis pan (little boy of the triads) and nothing hapened, i did all th emissions following my talk with gordon quick. but after that when we were supposed to meet and join the two triads at the temple, he tries to kill me along with all the other triads.
