This is brilliant. I will not lie, I never really liked Zachary Levy for his roles on Chuck or even his VGA (or other gaming ?) hosting last year or the year before, but I was surprised with him here. Good stuff and omg Camilla. <3

Great clip! I was a bit skeptical about Camilla's voice in the beginning, but more open than most. I've decided I really like her! Just seeing her on screen, she is powerful. She is Lara Croft of today. I can't wait to see more of her and these episodes!


I am a little confused though... So these little episodes are just a fraction of the documentary?? The full version will be available to purchase in March 2013? Or via an app? And no Android love??

And what am I missing about Zachary Levi? People have actually heard of him before this video? Just wondering why all the hollaring? I'd almost think it was Hideo Kojima or Wil Wright

Ahhh now that I've seen this I understand why Luddington's accent isn't too strong. It appears that her accent it naturally muddled from growing up in England and then living in LA. A lot of actors and actresses get this, I know Anna Paquin who grew up in New Zealand has lost her accent and it only comes back when she speaks with people who are Kiwi.

The motion capture was interesting. If Luddington is doing it, I guess we can't expect too much flashy gymnastics

this doesnt have to be a bad thing. they wanted to have an actor who can give lara the emotions they were looking for. its lara first adventure. i would be a bit disappointed if she would jump around like in the previous games.

but they did use motion capture for lara in underworld. i think it was heidi moneymaker who is a gymnastic. laras moves really looked good in it.
but for this game, i dont want it yet. otherwise it wouldnt give the impression she is new to all this.

Like Dino said, Zach was the lead on the tv series Chuck and he also voiced Flynn Rider for Disney's Tangled. And he is one of the founders of The Nerd Machine!

lol, that would be funny to see wile she is doing motion capture . having make up on wile doing a cry scene for a game. maybe she will wonder why we cant see it run down in the game

So, Lara won't be able to do gymnastics moves from previous games and that's ok. But does that mean that she won't be able to, for example, rotate around the pole and stuff like that? Is she just going to be more capable of jumping and climbing than regular people?

I don't think so. At least none of the backflip-horizontal pole-jumps. I can imagine they'd put jumps from normal poles in though. That shouldn't be so hard I do hope she'll also learn to duckroll at some point.

I have to say, I wasn't expecting this, CD made a good choice. She's beautiful and talented and her voice is very good. I don't care about her voice in the interviews, all that matters is, her voice in the game, and is good. She fits the role very good and I think she would be a great Lara Croft in the upcoming movie.

I've actually seen the show (not complete series though) and can't believe I didn't recognize him. Confound that beard!!

Awesome video (and beautiful Camilla ) ! Usually I don't see videos like "behind the scene" but TR is an exeption ! I have found the motion capture very interesting. The work place and the "uniform" are not common and the final version in the game is amazing ! Can't wait for episode 2

Camilla's voice is always gonna sound a little off to us brits, its a great credit to Keeley i never took much notice to her accent when playing. except to think how pretty she sounded
