Default LoK Midis
Legacy of Kain midis! I've been searching them all over the net, and all I find is Soul Reaver (First battle with Kain), BO(Malek' Bastion, Kain's Mausaleum and Solemn Dirge)does anyone know where to find more, or could anyone do ANY LoK midis. Especially Soul Reaver 2 title music and Defiance title music. That would be so great! Please, somebody...anybody

A few *very* kind individuals put together a website called lokmusic.com. It has no Defiance, and I they are mp3s, not midis, so hopefully the format doesn't matter too much to you.

Also, Nosgothic Realm has mp3s from Blood Omen 1 and Soul Reaver 1, which unfortunately are disabled at the moment. Month of January my foot...

Thanks for your advice, but it is actually midis I seek. Mostly for my phone ringtones, but anyway...midis are cool, because they are small....and...and...

Defiance title music is virtually the same as Soul Reaver 2's Sarafan Stronghold if memory recalls...

Omega, Defiance's title music is NOT the same as Sarafan stronghold. It's a bit modified version of Ariel's Lament from SR2. And anyway, I can't find Sarafan stronghold mid, so I'm very pissed.

Ahh, apologies, thinking of the trailers.

I too have been searching for LoK midis, and have come no closer than you. I can only find SR1 Theme (which is only what I wanted).

Problem is, the file size of the one I found is 47k, far to big for my phone to handle

In an EGM Magazine from last month, they gave out this site that had video game Midi's on It. It doesnt have any LOK, but you can Request MIDIs. I currently have the Metal Gear Solid theme. arcadetones.emuunlim.com Theres also a Few programs to download to make your own ringtones if you want to try to make a LOK ringtone yourself.

If you Do Find any Lok Midis post them here, i had a good look around but could not find any.

Default phone ringtones/ midi files
hi guys

i have the sharp gx30 phone, and am able to transfer files to and from it due to the memory card, which means i can copy mp3's from my pc and play them on my phone. the problem is the mp3's cannot be used as ringtones, only midi or smaf files can.

the question is, do any of you know of a good mp3/wav to midi/smaf file converter, i would prefer free shareware software, but dont mind paying too much

mainly so i can have LOK sounds as my ringtones, since phone companies forget that some of us like soundtracks from games.

any info would be greatly appreciated.

thanks for the site, should be enough to keep me occupied for a while.

but if come across a wav/mp3 to midi converter on your searches (i am usless at finding such things) then that would be great.

I came across a MIDI to WAV converter a few years ago, came with an issue of 'Computer Music' (UK), but unfortuantely not a WAV to MIDI...

See, WAV's contain too much information and MIDI's can't contain the same amount.

Ring tones are usually in MIDI format, There is one. well sorta. Its Ozar but its not ozar. Its the song thats played in Raziel's territory after you get the reaver. plus its a little too melow sounding. You can make one using a midi creater. Search google or download.com for one. They're pretty easy to make if you have the sheet music. I was gonna make one a few months ago, emailed Blinc, who then emailed Kurt Harland for me, and found out that theres not sheet music on a normal musical scale. After that I gave up because it takes along time to get all the notes right. You could also find Video game Ringtone site. Some of them take requests for ringtones and if you get lucky you could find someone to make one for you

I've maked several LOK midis. I'd like upload to my site as soon I could, but some of them are unfinished.

Please, try Ozar Midrashim and rated it.

super yours is good, but its too long of an opening for a phone. youll just hear: dddummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm(bird chirp)dummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm duuummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Just shorten it or grab the main ozar selection and use that.
