XNA Lara progam crashes XP

Hi,

sorry if this isn't quite the right place,but I've spent a day trying to get this thing working,and frustrations setting in!
I've downloaded everything required - the program,.NET 3.5 (plus updates) and the XNA Framework - and the program opens ok,but when I try to load a model my PC instantly crashes and reboots..

Anyone have any ideas?
