Is this a bug???

Ok so I am on the mission where I need remote/triggered explosives. I have 5 of them but I do not have the remote. I know where it is meant to be (I have used them before) but I do not have it anymore? Please can someone help me on this, started playing this game and liking alot of aspects of it, but I do really need this remote!!! I have been to all the Rioja camps I have unlocked and got the explosives from there, yet still no remote in the weapons menu. Tried pressing all the number keys to scroll through my weapons, to no avail!I even reinstalled the game.

Any help much appreciated.
