Is this the PS2 version? If so it looks great Never mind
looks great, as does winston,
, poachers and even Laras arms and hands, Artwork is always intresting too look at and see how much they differ from the real game and in this case, it does represent the beauty of the Wii version. Thanks for sharing Goran!

That is very nice artwork, and in general I have no problem with how the game looked on the Wii.

However -- and you can't see this on the artwork here -- Lara's shoulders did look angular and chunky, whenever she was wearing something that didn't cover them. A bit of a nitpick.

If that is the same model that will be used in the PS2 version of TRU then I'm impressed, looks nice. It's a great visual translation of the next-gen model considering the polygon drop etc.. I sincerely hope the PS2 version is still released. Thank you for sharing Goran.

1st pic: I want that as my Avatar!!!

2nd pic: Is this PS2 Lara or not? I am confused... She looks good imo, better than the Wii model.

Now to click the link and see what else we have here.......

Edit: Okay WOW everything looks so different!

Not bad, just different.........

This is good news for the PS2-players, since they have been eagerly waiting for any info on their version. I hope it will be released soon!

Nice find, Goran. Thanks for sharing.

I don't know why people think that model looks better than the one seen on Wii, it is the Wii model, lol.

Sure it looks slightly more polished, but it is the same if you compare the PS3/360 model renders to what you saw on your screen.

Plus, here's a quote from the artist's website:
Quote:
Tomb Raider Underworld has hit the shelves. I was responsible for a character team of four artists, and am very proud of all the work we did. Buzz Monkey's (the studio I was at) role was to develop the Wii version of this game. Not a port! The development of the Wii version was parallel to the development of the 360 version, so it was literally like making two games at the same time. The Wii version was made almost entirely from scratch (from an asset point of view).
However, it is likely that the PS2 version will be ported from the Wii one.

I had no idea the Wii version has been created from scratch. It is indeed a very different game from what I have seen (not in a negative way).
