Scientists are developing an electronic "sex chip" that can be implanted into the brain to stimulate pleasure.

"When the technology is improved, we can use deep brain stimulation in many new areas. It will be more subtle, with more control over the power so you may be able to turn the chip on and off when needed.

"In 10 years' time the range of therapies available will be amazing – we don't know half the possibilities yet."

What do you think? Will the NWO soon control our minds through chips implanted under the pretence of helping you?

In 1956, Olds performed a famous experiment involving a "pleasure center" in the brains of rats. First, each rat was taught to press a bar. Then a miniature electrode was implanted in one area of the rat's hypothalamus. An apparatus was constructed so that every time the rat pressed the bar an electric stimulus was delivered to his brain. In this experimental situation, the rats would do nothing but press the bar. Up to 5,000 stimuli were self-delivered to the rats' hypothalamic areas and the animals would stop only when they dropped from exhaustion. Rats that were deprived of food and then given the choice between eating and self-stimulation always chose the stimulation.

Actually I don't think this will have the slightest chance to replace the real thing because it lacks the whole psychological part.

However, as you've already mentioned this obviously has potential for malpractice.

If you've ever watched Ghost in the Shell, the cyborgs are routinely having their eyes "hacked". It's how the laughing man pulled off much of what he did.

As far as this chip goes, if they didn't tie it to the external sensory processing parts of your brain that type of thing wouldn't happen.
