Default Suggestions for Battlestations: Pacific

1) Make all ships, subs, planes and boats controllable by the player.

2) Include a singleplayer skirmish mode. Player can choose what units he want as well as the map. This applies to the AI opponent as well (player chooses the opponent's units).

3) Singleplayer 'freeplay' mode for player to test out ships, boats, subs and planes with or without enemies.

4) Map and mission editors should be included.

5) If possible, make the system reqs. the same as BS:M. This would benefit those with less powerful systems.

Seaplanes make good recon units. They should be onboard the ships and subs that carried them for all factions. Would also like to see the Ise-class hybrid battleship/carrier and players can have the option to choose between camouflaged or non-camouflaged vessels where applicable.

Lastly, would be cool to see some bonus British, German, Dutch, Soviet, Italian and French units as well and for the Japs, there must be a kamikaze mode where planes would ram into the nearest enemy vessel.

Yaeh... why open a new topic for suggestions? There is a "sticky" one on the top of the forum - not even required to search for it...

Besides - if you think it over, assuming a 2009 1Q launch date all these suggestions (and a zillion more) has already been considered and decided to be included or not... spinning wheels for nothing...

I really hope that the system requirements for both the BS:P demo and full version will be the same as BS:M.

I for myself really hope that our dear forum member Commander92 does not have any short, mid or long term memory loss problem.
Since his post above is exactly the same as this one here: http://forums.eidosgames.com/showpos...3&postcount=27 I wonder if any discussion for him is meaningful at all.

If we always have to re-start from scratch it's gonna be a looooong exchange...

Sori about that was just trying to get my point across. Do reply in the "while we still have a voice" thread to my posts.

I'd rather these suggestions be included.
